I was getting a little nervous about the Scrimetti decision because it should have come out sooner than now, given that it was argued in December.

Typically, cases come out in batches based on when they were argued, and Scrimetti was argued December 4th of last year,

decided now today by the United States Supreme Court a six-three decision. Scrimetti is actually a

groundbreaking case, United States versus Scrimetti. It was argued by the Biden administration

and the Trump administration,

they wanted to get it done as quickly as possible

so the Trump administration could not come in

and change the argument in the case.
