Okay, I realize a good host would start the show going straight into the topic at hand,

but I just, I guess I'm bad host because I've got to tell you.

So if you weren't here yesterday, I'm in rural Louisiana.

I'm actually in a town called St. Francisville, which is near where my parents live.

And there's a little restaurant here.

If you ever come to Louisiana, to the Baton Rouge area, there's this little restaurant called the Magnolia Cafe. And the food is just incredible. My sister just came by. I'm in this shack. The shack was

built in 1873, they told me. And it's nice. And I got a nice little setup and the Wi-Fi is fine. I can do the show from here. And my sister came by and she brought me one of my favorite po-boys. It's from this restaurant. I just, you know, if you go, you never have eaten bread until you've been to Paris, until you've been to France.

Bread in France is just, you can say I'm a snob and Helitist.

I don't care.

I love bread and the best bread happens to be in France.
