Today we host President Biden.

That is so important signal for us. and all we are proud of it. Thank you very much for

coming, Mr. President. There is a huge moment of supporting. That was Vlomir Zelensky, a little hard to hear

and he is speaking English, not his native language. Deeply proud says it is an important signal for them.

Jake Sullivan, the National Security Advisor, says the Russians were notified.

No one else was, but the Russians were told.

We did notify the Russians that President Biden would be traveling to Kiev.

We did so some hours before his departure for

deconfliction purposes. And because of the sensitive nature of those communications,

I won't get into how they responded or what the precise nature of our message was, but I can confirm that we provided that notification.

Now the details of the president's arrival, he flew to Poland, much like presidents have gone to Iraq and Afghanistan.
