Yesterday, we were at home and we live in a community that has an HOA.

And there was some sort of pretty obvious HOA meeting outside of our house.

Our landlord was there.

There were multiple people who were dressed for work.

They're going over things.

There were plans.

There were whatever.

And I was thinking they all looked really cool.

And I all of the people.

And I was like, I feel like this is the opposite of what most HOAs are.

Because I feel like a lot of HOAs that we have known or been a part of have been tremendously

high maintenance.
