Ladies and gentlemen, I'm back. Welcome. It is Eric Erickson here across the

Fruited Plain of America,'m I haven't crashed yet. I have

it. I'm going to at some point. So I you know I knew I could pull it off. I just didn't

realize how exhausting it would be. On Friday and Saturday, I interviewed, well it was eight

hours both days of me on stage interviewing people. No, I interviewed, well, it was eight hours both days of me on stage,

interviewing people.

No, I asked open-ended questions and some of them talked more than others.

Vivek Rameshwamy is, I did kind of feel like I've seen it going around chat GPT.

He just could, you say, spit out 15 minutes of something. And it was just hard to get ordered in edgewise there. Nice guy. Didn't agree with his foreign policy. But nice guy, he made some great points. It was nice to get to meet him in person. And Ron DeSantis, of course. Now, I know and have met several times and I'm friends with Nikki Haley and Mike Pence and Tim Scott.

I know Chris Christie.

We just, it was nice.

It was nice to have these conversations on stage with candidates running for president and others.

Governor Glenn Yonkin, Governor Brian Kemp, Congressman Richard McCormick, Congressman

Chip Roy, Senator Joni Ernst, Senator Tom Cotton. It was fantastic to have these conversations

with these candidates and these elected officials, and you didn't have to ask about

indictments, didn't have to ask about Donald Trump being in the debate. And I did ask some of those questions, but it was remarkable.

And, you know, we actually had reporters.

If you want to understand the landscape that we're going into right now in this country

and the frustrations that people have as we try to, well, even just make the case for running for

president or whatnot. I thought it was very, very notable that when I made it clear, my

intention was not to ask candidates running for president about Donald Trump. I was going to
