died. And we've been seeing a lot of this over the years. Of course, with the advent of

smartphones, people taking pictures of everybody. In fact, when I was teaching in the

police academy a couple of years ago, I was teaching these recruits who hadn't hit the streets

yet. I said, if you don't remember anything else I teach you, remember this. When you leave that

station house, consider yourself on video. And if you comport yourself under those conditions, you shouldn't have a problem.

But everybody's taking pictures, is the point.

This guy was stopped in a car stop, driving erratically.

And I'm not making any excuse for the cops.

They did a horrendous, horrible, stomach churning thing.

But this poor guy, Mr. Nichols, wasn't beaten to a pulp at the car stop.

He was roughed up, thrown to the ground, handcuffed, and he called for his mom.

I mean, it was just horrible. But anyway, he was okay. Then he got up and he ran. And he was very
