I think that the holidays feel like frozen noses. I love walking with the dog for long periods of time.

Hopefully it's snowing and you've got to wrap up warm. So I think a frozen nose is a sweaty armpit

because your wrapped up so warm but then you're climbing hamps and heath and you get to the top

and you're like, and then you can see the breath but then your nose is still freezing to touch.

Well, I think the first thing to think about even before starting a family or as you're planning to start a family is emergency fund.

I think that term gets thrown around a lot and everybody, I roll at the emergency fund, but I think it can be so important especially when you start a family.

There's so many unexpected curveballs. I know a lot of mamas who aren't sure when they go out on maternity leave whether they want to come back.

And so having that emergency fund built up for different curveballs in life, job loss is a great thing to have.

I usually recommend three to six months of expenses set aside just for a safe haven.
