1:03.4	Hi, I'm Ari and I joined the Army National Guard at 17 right as I graduated high school.
1:18.8	I met Stan at initial entry training at MEPS at the Military Processing Center and that
1:25.4	is where my story begins.
1:28.7	He gave me his phone number while we were in line to get finger printed.
1:33.5	He was very obsessed with giving me his phone number and I thought he was just very nervous
1:37.9	and that is how we started talking.
1:40.1	He texted me that night and we went from there.
1:45.1	He was very talkative, very outgoing and he seemed like he had his life together.
1:51.5	He joined the military because he said this is what he wanted to do with his life.
1:54.9	He said he didn't really want to go to college and he didn't really have much family and
1:59.6	this was his way of making something for himself and I thought that was great.
