Overstimulation can be like trying to nap on a trampoline in the middle of a birthday party. There are SO many ways in our somewhat comfy, modern world to become overstimulated. In today’s episode we take a look at why and how we experience overstimulation, the neuroscience, and our behaviors that feed into it. Let’s redefine downtime. Listen and learn to recognize when we are looking for empty calorie dopamine hits and how to self-regulate. Leave with tips on how to find real connections that align with your core values and feel more balanced in this modern world.
