Hey, Eric, thanks for taking my call. Sure. I wanted to talk real quick about the vaccine mandate.

My understanding is that Joe Biden issued an executive order wanting employers with over 100 employees to have the vaccine mandate.

Right.

But it was held up with a federal judge.

So, I mean, I don't, no, no, no, no. It was not first held up with the federal judge.

It was first held up because he issued a statement that he was going to do it.

Then he issued the executive order.

And then it took a while to formulate the regulation for implementation and then a

federal judge held it up gotcha so my company is a fortune 100 company um they just sent me an email

yesterday saying we have 15 days to submit this information and it was pretty pretty threatening

i mean right they want to know what

vaccine I had, the date I got it. They want a copy of the vaccine card. And those either not

fully vaccinated or unvaccinated will be subject to additional screening and testing. And if you

dared send any incorrect information or anything,

you would be terminated.

Right.

Yeah, listen, a lot of companies are using, and by the way, this is one of the things that

the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals felt compelling in saying it wasn't an emergency is Ron Clayne, the White House Chief of Staff,

retweeted someone who essentially was saying that the purpose of the mandate was not to force
