And I want to give a special shout out to Nyla Stewart and Charlie Stevens who asked me to say hi to his fifth grade class at Brande's Elementary School in Louisville, Kentucky.

Both Nyla and Charlie wrote to me that they have celiac disease like I do.

That means we have to eat a special diet without gluten or we get really sick.

It's not always easy. You can't eat the same cupcakes or pizza as your friends,

but there are a lot of kids out there like us and if we eat right we can
