0:26.9	Daily Grace my name is Stephanie and I'm back to go over Luke chapters 10
0:31.0	11 and 12 with you all today.
0:33.8	Yesterday we noted a significant shift midway through chapter 9.
0:37.8	Jesus was beginning to prepare for Jerusalem and the cross,
0:41.6	and it's really impactful to remember that as we consider what he says in the coming
0:45.3	chapters. Chapter 10 begins with Jesus sending his followers out to towns where he would
0:50.6	soon come. They were on mission with him and note that Jesus tells
0:54.8	them that they are being sent out as lambs among wolves. They were given
0:59.2	instructions to go out in twos, to take no money bag, to not greet anyone along the road.
1:05.0	Why?
1:06.4	It's because time was of the essence.
1:08.5	They were to go and tell people that the kingdom of God
1:11.3	has come near them. Jesus knew what was going to come soon.
1:14.6	He knew the cross was before him.
1:16.8	We're not told how long they were gone, but when the 72 return,
1:20.6	we read that they were rejoicing.
1:23.0	People were being healed.
1:24.6	Demons were submitting to the name of Jesus.
1:27.4	But what does Jesus say?
