So happy to be here. Yeah, happy to see both of you in person. I guess I was gonna say in person

Yeah, so nice because it's been so long tell us what you've been up to so well

Busyness of just being a mom. I have four kids four teenagers. They are almost 12 13 14 and 15

So that keeps me super busy and then I also I'm working full time as a real estate agent

I took a job with the Oppenheim group. We just opened a

Lohoy office on your San Diego. So that's been it's been very front-loaded and a lot of work out the gate

But super fun and it's a good challenge. It's a really competitive industry and I'm liking it

Have what tells about one of the coolest houses that you have been involved in or seen?

Well, my focus is real estate development. I've been in development since 2017

So we've built some really cool ones

We did a couple that are in this area called the Covenant in Rancho Santa Fe the first house that I sold

We built from the ground up it sold in 2018 we sold it for like 8.1 million. It was beautiful modern

It had acreage

Beautiful porcelain floors and just it's it's nice to be a part of the the whole process and not just the selling part of it

And to be able to have some creativity and design. So yeah, we've done some good ones

We did a really another cool one there around the same price point

But the the modern has been the look for a while and oh, so yeah

I saw this cool house the other day and it had a lazy river. I love that. I want that

That would be so fun. I know. I think we were sending it to each other
