I am here very early in the morning for me.

Trying to grab a moment, the kids are all back from all their different activities

and travels and it has been a really busy time in our home, trying to manage everybody's

needs and get back into the swing of things.

I'm actually like in total guilt because I have not gone to the grocery store and I'm

like thinking do they have anything to eat for breakfast.

But you know what, they are going to suck it for another 30 minutes so I can talk to you

guys because if I don't get this done it's not going to air in time and I made a commitment

even though I know this summer is super busy that every Friday I will be here with you

so here I am.

So I'm still kind of riding high from having taught two different weeks at Omega, one

my own retreat and the next one I guess did and took half a day for John Gabriel's retreat.

Both of them went amazingly well, beautiful experiences, really, really just life changing

stuff for me, you know, for me, for my confidence, for understanding that I can do this, like I

know I could do this, but like you know I can really do this, I can stand in front of a

room and command it for five days, bring in the most incredible people to stand beside
