In our story last week, we discussed the innocent parts of Holi.

Children running through the neighborhoods and their cute costumes,

trigger treating, and lots and lots of candy.

But as the years pass, the holiday tends to lose its innocence.

The costumes get more revealing.

We stay out a lot later, and we trade our candy in for alcohol.

Before you know it, Holiwine parties look a whole lot different than they did when you were seven.

In our story for today, we are going to be telling you about one of these adult Holiwine parties.

There were costumes, loud music, hundreds of people drinking and having a good time.

It was the party of the year.

The kind of event that a lot of people in their early 20s would enjoy.

But one thing that the party goers weren't aware of was that someone among the crowd

was lurking in the shadows, looking for a vulnerable victim.

Someone who would take this night of Halloween fun and turn it into a real life horror story,

ending in rape and murder.
