So let's just talk about perfectionism for a second.

I am always, I should I say always, I'm less than I used to but kind of always worried about

doing everything really well, everything really perfectly.

And I'm also profoundly aware that when we're worried about something that needs to change,

the universe will correct us.

And so right before I hopped on to this interview with Eddie Lindonstein that you're going to

hear today, I was telling him that my recording equipment was such that we had to, you know,

do the interview in a certain way because I really wanted it to sound perfect and he

was kind of like, yeah, yeah, well that doesn't happen, you know, and we were laughing about

And meanwhile, we do the entire interview and when I went to play it back, I realized that

my mic malfunctioned and my computer recorded it from the mic that is located in the computer

so his audio sounds beautiful and I sound like a minotunnel.

And that's the universe saying, hey girl, if you're going to strive for perfection all

the time, which is a root to misery because no one can ever be perfect, we're just going

And something that works every single time you ever try it is just going to not work for
