Summary

They say that you are only as happy as your saddest child. Well, at least my mom says that. This has been a hard week for me, but I do today what I vow to do every day - I show up authentically as myself. This episode is a prime example of that in my life. We also discuss how sometimes other people can trigger us to go to dark places in which we'd rather not be.
