We are here for day four of a non-PCR hearing.

It's Monday, a little before court starts, and we will be resuming with the cross-examination

of Chad Fitzgerald, the state's cell phone expert.

There is a lot more to come, I suspect.

Full disclosure, it has been a very long weekend.

I was not sure I'd be here on Friday.

I am here.

I am running on next to no sleep from a long weekend of mostly stuff not related to this

case, but for those of you who keep wishing that I would talk slower, you will probably

get your wish today.

I'm really curious to see what this cross is going to be like today.

It's going to be interesting to see what the state comes back with, because look at

me with something.

But I know Justin's been working really hard to learn the self-inevidence, and he knows

it's significant, and he knows what it can and cannot show.

I think a lot more of that will come out today in court.

It is the lunch break on day four of the PCR hearing.

We just finished up the testimony from agent Fitzgerald, and we resumed the cross-examination

of Dave Irwin, who was the defense expert.

We are now back to the defense case.
