| 0:32.0 | Today we are going over 1st Corinthians 4 through 6 and these |

| 0:40.5 | just joining us first Corinthians is a letter that Paul wrote to the Church of Corinth, which is located in Greece. |
| 0:47.0 | Paul is writing to the Church because there is a serious division in the Church in a departure from Christ's teachings. This is evident as we read |
| 0:55.6 | chapter 4. The first thing Paul addresses here is the ways that the people of Corinth |
| 1:01.4 | are boasting. This boasting is causing division in the church. |
| 1:06.3 | More than that, as Christians, we are called to live a life of humility like Christ, |
| 1:11.6 | not a life where we can boast about our accomplishments. |

| 1:19.0 | Paul moves on to discuss reports of sexual misconduct among the church members. |
