Sister Miriam James and I'd like to welcome again my dear friends Heather Kim and Michelle

Benzinger ladies welcome. Thank you. Hi. How are we doing? Are we doing this week?

I'm doing well. We're good. Yeah. We are piled in with snow at the moment which is highly

unusual for where we live at this point but it's beautiful. I can't really complain.

It's lovely. This snow is nice isn't it? It's something about it just quiet everything.

Yeah and then we have Michelle who is wearing flip-flops still because she lives in Florida

which is slightly out there but I love you. It is so not snowing here. It is 71 degrees

here and it is beautiful and it quiet my soul just fine and it's sunny little 71 degrees.

I am all good with that. But certainly to each is own because it is a new season right so we

talk about the seasons changing and I'm sure the snow Heather will melt soon enough where you live.

Yes praise God. There is always a new season. And the rain will return well we're going to talk

today about the season of the Lent and we're going to talk especially about Pope Francis every year

the Holy Father releases a letter for Lent kind of gives the heartbeat of Lent for the church

for the year and so we're going to talk about that but I think we both could all we could all

agree that Lent is often a season that we dread. What is your first gut reaction of Lent Heather?
