This is like puppies and

butterflies and it's just wonderful because I block and delete and I'm going to go back

to doing that this week and trust me y'all y'all got just a couple

more days to get at me but I follow this guy because inevitably every day he's gonna give me something that's either gonna make me

crack up or make me cry in a good way because it's just heartwarming and I

remember following him because I used to cover sports for the New York Daily News because there was very few

that actually could play back in the day in the NBA very very few very few that were American

white boys you know not like dirt Navinsky and all of them other people.

Bad ass from Kentucky let me welcome to the show one of my favorite people on

Twitter Mr Rex Chapman.

Oh stop it just makes me it does makes me want to hide.

So you you come at Twitter with a purpose. All right and I wanted to have you on to talk about that because I think we are in a very toxic place where people don't have anything nice to say about anybody

and Twitter seems to magnify that because it's a place where keyboard

cowards can get their stuff off you know what I'm saying because they're cowards

right they won't call up but they will get on Twitter with their Twitter fingers.

Did you come into it with that purpose to make people smile, smile, and cry and laugh?

Not really. I mean, it's kind of morphed into that. About a year ago, maybe a little more than that.

You know, I guess to do what I do with the media TV and radio stuff you need to have a little bit of a social media presence

But the political climate had got me so down that I wanted off of it together. You know I live I live all over the place but I live

back in Kentucky now and a lot of the stuff that I think people don't agree with and so I wanted off of it and for real just one day I saw

a video of a dolphin that ran into a guy on a paddle board, hit him right in the chest.
