This is Karen Hunter and welcome to the hub. Hey Family, so during the holiday season I had a pretty compelling conversation

with a family member about expansion, expansion of One's Universe and we were talking about friends and I said you

only need one or two good friends in your life to take you through one or two good people who have your back no matter what who can tell all

your fears and hopes and dreams and everything to one or two is all you need, people that you can trust. But this family

members taking it to the extreme because they were like, well, all I need is my boo and I'm like no you need more than that well you just

said I said yeah one or two who have your back but you have to fill your life

with humanity with with people,

because, and I don't mean like being around a whole bunch

of people all the time, I mean reaching out

and expanding your interaction and engagement

with different people

because that's how you learn.

We learn through people, through experiences

and you can only gain those experiences

by putting yourself out there.

Now, I'm someone who hates crowds.

I don't like to go out much I don't party I don't you know

You won't see me in the clubs you won't see me out in in at big venues

Really if ever.

But I do love meeting new people and learning folk.

I do love to push myself and push
