On Monday, one of the last question askers came in.

And I look and her little face popped up

with her bow and her hair, eight year old Olivia,

with her smile and her presence her bright eyes and her clarity and her

you knew she wasn't coached you knew that she had been in class with car digesting

the information at 8 and had a question for you. And I said in that moment to myself because I wasn't in there with you and your raise I said,

we have a responsibility that I knew we had but it's

even deeper because the children are watching and we owe it to them to not just present our best but not just
