Now there aren't many people who can claim the title National Treasure,

but I can safely say that Chef and TV personality Ainsley Harriet

definitely falls into that category.

He burst onto our screens in the early 90s and quickly became known for his infectious personality

on shows like Ready Steady Cook and Good Morning with Ann and Nick. He's an icon of daytime TV. We all remember

Susie Salt and Percy Pepper and I was lucky enough to following his footsteps

as another host of Ready Steady Cook.

He's remained on our screens for decades with hundreds of TV shows under his belt, the most recent

edition being Ainsley's National Trust cook-off on I TV. But in the past few years he's found a new

audience online being turned into a very popular meme and there was even a

petition to stick him on the 20-pound note. So what's it like existing in the spotlight for over 30 years
