All right, today I am going to share with you a brand new lead magnet test result using

cold traffic and it's converting at 80%.

And I actually have to go back a little bit.

It was converting at 80% and it dropped a little bit.

And I think when I went over the numbers with Chris Schaefer the other day, it's converting

now at like 77%.

So I mean, yeah, it went down a little bit.

But right out of the gate, the first 100 people that opted in, it was an 80%, 80%, which

is unheard of, unheard of.

I always tell people if you're creating a lead magnet to capture emails of people that

are interested in your market, you should look for a 25% conversion rate on that lead magnet.

Email, if you're looking at open rates, we're a 20%, a 25% conversion means that you're
