Welcome everyone to another episode of the Body Slam Briefs where Law and Wrestling hookup and center ring in the old hook and collar or elbow collar.

Any event, this is me, the in-house counsel for the Wrestling Suit Network, Jeff Lippman, better known as Evil Dose, or maybe better known as Jeff Lippman.

That part is unimportant.

So here we go.

A little bit of housekeeping or interesting notes.

I did speak to Stephen P. New recently, and he's still keeping his powder dry, but he did say to me that

whenever the motion is ruled upon, win, lose, or otherwise, he will come record the show on

what's going on or what has been going on or what will be going on with the suit with

the Tate Tw twins and Kevin Kelly

and AW and Tony Kahn and Ian Rickabani.

So we have that to look forward to just for those who don't remember.

The case was moved from Philly down to Florida, I believe, to a federal court, and AW filed a motion to dismiss it, to remove

it to arbitration per the contracts, and similar to what's happening in the Janelle Grant case.

So that motion needs to be heard when I spoke to Steve, which was about a week or so ago,

maybe two weeks ago. He said they had just filed their response to that motion. And so they're

awaiting either a ruling or a hearing, probably a hearing than a ruling. But either way,

that's going to be fun. It won't be an exclusive, but it'll be,

you know, semi-limited. He has his own podcast, obviously. I obviously is, you know, ties to

Cornett, but, you know, we'll be up there. And I hope that it being a lawyer-to-lawyer show,

maybe we bring out a little bit more than maybe some of the other shows do, but who knows?
