The case was moved from Philly down to Florida, I believe, to a federal court, and AW filed a motion to dismiss it, to remove

So that motion needs to be heard when I spoke to Steve, which was about a week or so ago,

maybe two weeks ago. He said they had just filed their response to that motion. And so they're
