There's something about having another man that pushes you, that you that drives you that causes you to

level up and step up in the man you're capable of becoming.

So I joined when I was 17 still in high school, joined the National Guard, didn't really have any plans on what I want to do.

I wanted to be a warrior and a contributor to society.

I had to take responsibility for myself and for other people I didn't even know and that

translates perfectly into running a business, leading a family, coaching a sports team.

And so you started Order of Man, can you explain why that became so evident to you as important?

You know, I imagine I think about what life would have been like had I had a father and I think what it comes down to is a level of confidence.
