I'm John Batchelor, continuing my conversation with Svetlana Lakova, the author of Spigate Exposed.

This is a story of Russiagate from the point of view of someone who was caught up in it by major players,

and at this point is still assembling the facts in order to refute the allegations once upon a time,

Svetlana Lakova.

You will recall the last time Svetlana and I talked, we were concentrating on the dinner of January 2014 that she attended.

Now we're looking at major journals and major journalists making approaches to

Svetlana Lakova in 2017, more than three years later. And we spoke the last time of an

article in the Wall Street Journal that appeared on March 17th, surrounding

the allegations that Svetlana Lakova not only attended the dinner, but in some fashion

entwined with General Michael Flynn, then the director of the DIA, and in 2017, a man who

had been on the campaign trail with Donald Trump,

had enjoyed the victory of Donald Trump in November of 16,

had been named National Security Advisor,

and then had resigned in early 2017

after an umbrella dealing with the FBI and the vice president's office. However, right now,

we're focusing not on Michael Flynn, not on Donald Trump, not on Russia Kate. We're focusing on

the major journalists who contacted Svetlana with inquiries that were peculiar. Svetlana, we last time

spoke of an article in the Wall Street Journal in 2017. March 17th is my memory. It had a number of

bylines. However, I think it's important to establish that that was not the first contact

with the Wall Street Journal. And in fact, there were other newspapers who had contacted you

at the end of February and March 1st. Who were those newspapers? And can you tell us who the

correspondents were who contacted you.
