COVID levels 2019 before the COVID. Russia benefits from rerouted trade and more

military production. That's on one positive and then we come to the negative.

This is business insider. Vladimir Putin says that inflation in Russia is making it,

quote, practically impossible for businesses to plan.

There's more to that because Reuters is reporting that Putin projects economic calm after

rubles slump, but he warns of inflation risks, including disorder in the streets.
