You have seen the reports over these last days about the hesitation in more American

aid for Ukraine, the hesitation for the EU, for NATO, and also the advances were told by the Russian forces in Ukraine. Now this need for 500,000 new

recruits. At the same time, Mr. Putin keeps in the news the possible use of

nuclear weapons. At this point how is Moscow using

this nuclear weapon talk? Who is the audience for them? Who are they attempting to
