Reuters, Europe reporting. Putin issues warning to United States with new nuclear doctrine, the explanation.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, within these last hours, lowered the threshold for a

nuclear strike in response to a broader range of conventional attacks, and Moscow said

Ukraine had struck deep inside Russia with U.S. made attackem's missiles. This follows a vote by

the Duma, I believe, to endorse the President Putin's intentions

to say that we will respond if attacked. I welcome Gregory Copley of Defense and Foreign Affairs

because this is one of several alarming headlines from Europe that now involved not only Ukraine

and its supplies from the United States and other members of NATO, but a direct threat to NATO.

All of this is happening simultaneously, as if this talk of a settlement or a negotiation or some kind of relief from the war instead of another

winter of death, that talk has triggered the opposite, which is escalation of 10 to 12,000

North Korean troops reported somewhere in the Kersalian. Headlines saying that North Korea is ready to offer up to

100,000 troops, headlines saying that the Russian barrage against Keef is the heaviest ever
