| 0:48.8 | Well, when I was in college, my junior year. I got in with a group of guys up at Clarkson. We were |
| 1:00.1 | living at off-campus school-run housing and we are so far off campus we're |
| 1:07.6 | actually about 500 yards from the Sunni Ptsdam gym. |
| 1:16.2 | So back in those days, there were no student IDs, |
| 1:20.1 | badge yourself into the building. So we used to go over to the Sunni pot stand |
| 1:26.4 | gym and work out every night. It was predominantly weightlifting, but we would always start with like a 500 yard jog from our |
| 1:36.7 | apartment over to the gym and then we jog back. |
| 1:41.0 | And that was really when I started running for fitness purposes. |
| 1:45.0 | Okay, well I'm glad to hear it was for fitness purposes not running from the |
| 1:49.7 | campus police for sneaking on sneaking into another gym. No I've not I didn't have any |
| 1:56.1 | incidents like that fortunately. Okay I wish I could say the same. So you're off to give ages away here but you are over 50 and a good |
| 2:08.6 | number of our listeners were already age of 50. You're continuing to do this. You're continuing to run, which is I find inspiration. |
