and the biggest pain them in the butt for people is counting and figuring out those macros that's truly where the science lives is in those numbers right like people will do weight watchers

they come off they'll gain the weight back because all they're telling you is hey this is 1.2.0 points but they're not teaching you for you what works right

there's not one program that works for everybody it has to be individualized and doing what I've been doing for 25 years 30 years what I want to do for you is get something that's sustainable
