Today we are going to talk about kind of an introduction to what our podcast is going to be about on Wednesday,

where we can go into more detail.

But I felt it was necessary to do an early alert about this because yes, it is getting a great deal of attention as it should.

But not really the attention that it warrants.

And I'll tell you what it is very simply the attack last week, the raid, the search, whichever whatever title you want to give it.

That was conducted on Mar-Lago.

May in my view as a amateur constitutional historian based on having gotten a constitutional history in college and a in constitutional law in law school.

And won the American jurisprudence award in constitutional war.

And having argued before the Supreme Court and interpreted the Constitution and argued it many, many times.

As a federal prosecutor and I don't want to give the rest of my credentials, but they're there and they are not.

Oh, of the first class of constitutional scholars like eight Ted Olsen, or professor Eastman, or people like that.

I would say I'm better than Lawrence, try because I'm right and he's wrong, but at any event.

And all of a sudden, as a just a good lawyer who's litigated the Constitution has often, or maybe even more often than they have.

There's no question, in my mind.

That this was maybe the government's largest assault on our Constitution ever.

Consider it in concert with the long line of assaults that are part of this conspiracy, which I would date back at a minimum to 2016 when they began the Russia.
