Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani, back again on Monday with Rudy's alert.

Today's alert is of course going to be about the turmoil that's been caused and all of the questions that have been raised and the protests and the breaking of the law that's occurred with regard to the

soon, I guess, going to be released abortion decision by the United States Supreme Court.

In a unprecedented act of criminality, a draft of Justice Alito's opinion was leaked to the to the newspaper times or posts don't remember.

It was leaked to one of them.

I don't believe that has ever happened before there have been there been some actions like the day before they would happen there would be some leaks of it, but I never remember an opinion in a written form actually given out.

You know many, many days before it was going to be released knowing something of the working of that court having spent some time working on an appellate court when judgment man was assigned there.

It looks like it's an intermediate draft of the opinion, but that I mean there probably was one before that.

It would have been the chief justice who appointed Alito to write the opinion of the chief makes that decision.

Unless he himself then joins the majority in which case he would have the prerogative to write it himself, but I guess in this case, sounds like he's going to write somewhat of a separate opinion, but the vote is five, three,

and one up in the air five straight out reverse the road decision and the casey decision, the casey decision was just a further extension of the row decision which reaffirmed it, you know, some years later.

So really we're talking about row against Wade and Justice Alito writes a very, very scholarly brilliant opinion that in my view doesn't need too much more editing.

That really analyzes it in a way that is not presented to you the American people because I don't know if most of these reporters understand it or they deliberately want to mischaracterize it, but a lot of the things that being told about it just aren't true.

It is very consequential and it is very important, but many of the things that you're being frightened about and even many of the things that on the right, those people who are against abortion think they're going to get.

And so it is much more of a decision about the distribution of power within our government between the federal government and the state governments.

You know, we call that states rights and it has a bad odor because of the civil war, but it really is there as a preservation of our freedom.

In the same way as we have a bill of rights that guarantees us as individuals against government action that would take away our rights.

We have a separation of powers between the three branches of government.
