Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani, and I'm back with the Weekly Alert.

This week, the alert is about tomorrow.

Today is Monday, June 27th.

Tomorrow is Tuesday, June 28th, and tomorrow is a primary day.

And primary days are very, very important to both political parties.

So I'm going to focus on, I guess, the state that I know best,

and the candidates that I know best, and that's New York.

But I do think it's a microcosm of the U.S.

And may very, very well determine a great deal of our political future.

The Democratic primary is virtually uncontested.

It shouldn't be the incumbent governor who really wasn't appointed governor,

who replaced the scandal-ridden Cuomo, who was driven out in a scandal.

The second elected Democrat governor in a row to be driven out in a scandal,

spits the being the first, he being the second.

Paterson was the interim DA, and he did not have a scandal.

At the same time, the controller of the state, Alan Hevis,

who had been the controller when I was mayor,

was whom I had a good many disputes, went to federal prison.
