Not much in the news, however, is the fact that the People's Republic of China is

building a farm of strategic nuclear weapons in the northeast and we can

presume has access to other nuclear weapons tactical and strategic everywhere.

is that in the 20th century it was a poor nation struggling

and did not have any reason to participate in treaty organizations about nuclear weapons.

Hence, there is no treaty to my knowledge about the use of nuclear weapons with the People's Republic of China.
