taken a case on New Jersey sports betting. New Jersey's been trying to implement it. They've been

blocked. And of course, all the leagues, NFL, NBA, NHL, Major League Baseball, all opposing it.

before the court takes over later this year.

Got a great guest today, an old friend, Joe Asher, the CEO of William Hill.

Joe's going to talk about a momentous decision on the legal front yesterday as a lawyer, like me,

kind of a lawyer now in the business side of sports.

And for those who don't know, what happened was the Supreme Court's taking the case.

It's the New Jersey sports betting case that was basically ruled against New Jersey that the United States law, PASPA, disallowed sports gambling in New Jersey, the lower court, the circuit court, both agree that the decision would prohibit,

excuse me, prohibit New Jersey from doing this.

Now we have a decision the other way.
