Hello, you know what, I wish it was a lovely holiday,

but I'm going to have a bit of a moan

because I had COVID for the first half of it, and then I had to move house for the second half so I

felt absolutely exhausted. I was going to ask you if you're feeling refreshed but

you're in your new house and that's exciting. Well we're not even in the house because the builders are in but

this is now we're really detracting from what this podcast is about and I'm sure

nobody cares less about my building ways nor my COVID ways but maybe my COVID ways because everybody does, you know,

Are you feeling better now? Well I am feeling better. Feeling much better. I am, yeah, I'm

rejuvenated enough to be here with you today.

Sorry you didn't have the best week off, but're back now and it's been a fun it's been a sporty week for the Royals hasn't it we've had we've had the Euros you've had the Commonwealth Games we've had Charlotte's first kind of solo royal outing without her brothers lots of lovely bits

but first off we can't obviously I'm going to start with speaking about the euros and

the fact that football has finally come home for England which after a very very long time and as everyone keeps saying the blokes didn't manage to bring it home but the women finally have.

If you want a job done who are you going to ask?

I mean, come on.

I mean, the whole tournament was fantastic.
