Roy Choi and I met years ago through my friend Natasha, who is his badass right hand.

He's become a chef that I followed closely, and I really admire the intention around

the food he creates. I think I can safely say, if Roy Choi has opened a restaurant, I have eaten

at it, probably multiple times. Justin and I were there on day one of his restaurant local

and Watts. We even attended a pop-up concept he did with flaming hot Cheetos.

I've always been inspired by his story. He was never handed a free pass into the culinary world.
