because of what he was seeing in the markets and some of the headlines that dropped.

forward to it. But Danny, you were into it over the weekend and you're clearly into it now.

What did you see over the weekend that got you so animated?

I guess after a crazy week in the markets, you get a rainy Saturday.

And I just had a lot of thoughts going through my mind.

I figured why not just put a pen to paper or finger to keyboard, however we want to think

about it and just start to get some of those thoughts out, really for my own therapy at the

same time to make sure I wasn't either nuts or that I'm looking at things

the right way. And I think we're past the denial stages here. I think we're in the acceptance

stages. And if we're in the acceptance stages of where we are, what should you be looking for?

What's in front of us? I just think it was a pretty sobering last few weeks. And I just

started a thread. And I think it was 18 parts long and then that's hard to

even put something like that together but I just found myself going through my thoughts and my thoughts

are we're here now we got to deal with what's in front of us and as it becomes clear to what's

in front of us and you see things today happening with Liz Trust kind of backtracking and

trying to quote fix things.

My feeling here is that things are in motion now and it's a new new and it's, again, I'll just say

this, I like to underwrite things in the moment and take a fresh look at them and that means
