No I'm doing good I'm doing good and and fresh start here we go hopefully no technical difficulties

should be good to go transition Paul has done a lot of

podcasting so a lot of talking actually you've done a lot of talking in your life that is very true so

you know hopefully the issues I know that the podcasting community was having a lot of the

same issues that you and Nick were facing so I wasn't

surprised to hear that for anybody who does a podcast just don't update Skype

and that that will solve a lot of your problems that's that's how I've maintained

viability with regards to everything and not getting messed up with call grass. But anyway, enough with the

technical side. We have a lot to talk about even though it is a little thin you know it's February 3rd but it's officially kind of baseball season you know you have a lot of those hybrid fans who are baseball and football fans there they're kind of die-hards both. Well, they closed the book on Sunday night on

football. They turn their attention to baseball and they join guys like us, you know, who have

been following baseball year-round. So it is kind of the unofficial start of the season

and a lot of the hot stove has kind of taken place

but we still got some decent news.

So we do have some interesting arb signings or avoidance of arbitration signings.

The first one I want to talk about is Mike Mustachis.

He settles for one year 2.64 mill with the Royals.

He had a pretty decent post-season with some interesting highlight
