last year when I was running the ship that I got really sick,

listeners may remember that.

Well, that same crap came back around this time,

times three.

And it's been seven days,

and this is easily the best I have felt and sounded in a week. I hope it does not

visit your kingdoms for those of you people listening but man has been, it's been rough.

Good news is I've lost eight pounds because I can't eat much.

So that works.

I'm trying to keep a positive spin on this.

And the great thing is they gave me a bunch of medicine that was supposed to help and it made me an insomnia.

So I caught up on a lot. I started watching California. I've never seen that show.

And I was like, you know what, I'm going to start watching this I am now 29 episodes in so I have made significant headway into that series

But other than that yeah, how you been well done well done well myself I've, I've been okay. And before you told me that this was

that there was illness that had caused you to stop eating. I might have guessed

that it had something to do with I don't know watching
