Thanks for joining me again as the week nine trade market has taken shape.

My name's Byron Lambert, and we've got a lot of business to handle this week.

So step into my office for the week nine roster watch.com tradecast. As usual, we'll begin with a short strategy session. Folks,

it's time to begin the process of switching gears and arming up for the playoff race with about

three weeks left in the trade market in most of our leagues.

Not every team is ready to begin this transition in strategy yet, but this is the beginning

of that level change.

But as we kind of begin, what will signal it's time to make this change is that we're beginning to emerge as leaders in our playoff race.

We have now moved through much of the attrition of the season.

We believe we've got the depth to handle what remains in front of us.

And then, you know, we've got to remember that once we get into the playoffs, it's basically

sudden death or heck, for a lot of us, even week 12, trying to get off the bubble and into the

playoffs becomes a one week must-win

situation. At that point, we can start thinking about throwing our benches out of the window.

The buys are gone. We can't live in fear of injuries. We've got to do everything we can to have

the most competitive starting lineup. The heavy artillery in our starting lineup in a liver die situation
