It's funny, there's like a certain cadence when we're doing the introduction. Whenever someone asks me to quickly summarize the podcast, I think, oh, I can just mention that phrase.

But I can't do it conversationally. It's like a song, like I have to kind of sing it like, hold on, let me play this in my head.

Yeah, that's exactly how that works. Well, now that we've figured out what we're doing and what we talk about, we're coming back to what has become our favorite topic, which is Bob Larson and the International School of Exorcism.

One thing I noticed this week is that with Wim Hof, I would refer to his various teachings and products as Wim Hofery.

It occurred to me that in this situation, this would be Bob Larson, which I kind of like.
