I got an email from a listener the other day.

I said, you know, I love how far you've come on Rand Paul.

I'm sorry, I'm Ron Paul, because you used to think he was a cook.

And that's true.

I did.

I think a lot of people did.

And the power of thinking he's a cook is then you don't ever have to listen to what he says.

Because if he's a cook, why would you listen to what a cook has to say?

But time has proven his wisdom.

And guess what?

I am imperfect creature.

I am on a journey.

And I hope I'm getting better as I get older.

I hope I'm more willing to consider new positions without being irresolute in my core convictions.

I hope that I am more willing to think, you know, maybe somebody else has figured something out.

Let me, let me listen what they have to say.

Ron Paul advocated the dissolution of the FBI and the CIA.

And people said, how dare you say that they're great organizations.
