in the face of rampant food inflation, growing your own food comes pretty close.

The price of rice, for example, I was just reading today, and rice is the world's staple

food has increased 70% globally in 2020.

Let me say that again.

The price of rice has increased globally 70%.

When you hear some of these inflation numbers coming out, they're just not true.

So we've got to get prepared.

Health is a survival skill.

And also getting access to clean water and healthy fresh foods, nutrient dense foods,

this is extremely important and it's only going to become more so because our food system

is under attack.
