Okay, Ron, welcome to the show, and I appreciate you being my co-host today.

So everyone, I want you to meet Mr. Ron Canning.

And Ron is the vice president of the Council of Breastential Specialists for the past six years.

He also serves on the Board of Roaldors for the Council as well as serving an executive and strategic planning committees.

Now, a lot of you who have been in the industry for a long time know what CRS is, know that it's one of the, probably, I think, the most respected designation,

if you want to call it that. Maybe CRS and GRI are probably the most respected

educational sources outside of, you know, obviously the National Association material.

So, Ron, I'm really hoping that we can let a lot of our members, a lot of our listeners,

are agents that have been in the business for probably, I would guess, 10 years or less.

And some of them have heard about CRS.

I've been in the industry long enough since then CRS was huge back in the 90s and even in the 80s.

So can you let the listeners know a little bit about CRS, what it's about and why someone maybe would want to join?
