Welcome to our Thursday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today I'm continuing a series that I just started this last Monday,

and this is just a brief overview of the book of Romans. I've got a new product

entitled Romans Highlights that is taken from these programs. So I'm teaching this week and next

week and summarizing the first eight chapters of the book of Romans. And so this is a new product,

and then we have an older product where this is over

200 pages and I have CDs and DVDs and a study guide that goes with this entitled Grace,

the power of the gospel. And then my most in-depth teaching on this is a hard bound book

where I've taken my footnotes from this digital commentary. I have a living

commentary is what we call it because I'm still writing it. I've written footnotes on over 27,000

verses in the Bible and we've taken the footnotes on just the book of Romans and produced this

hard bound book. It's 422 pages. And I tell you, this will just

transform you, helping you understand the truths that the Apostle Paul shared in the book of Romans.

So we're now into Romans chapter 3, and I ended yesterday with verse 18. And basically, let me just summarize in verses,

Romans chapter 1, verses 16 and 7. 17, he shared that it's the gospel, specifically talking

about the good news of God's grace, not performance, not law, not you getting what you deserve. It's the gospel of

God's grace that releases the power of God's salvation in your life. Then the rest of that first

chapter is showing that you don't have to condemn people. Everybody has an intuitive knowledge.
