section of the Bible. And great study today, so let me begin in a word of prayer. Father, as we look now

into your word, we ask that your Holy Spirit, who is the author of this book and who is the teacher of this book would be so

present among us and within our hearts that the truth of your word would come through crystal clear.

We need clarity into your word and we need challenge.

We need conviction and we need comfort, we need correction.

So we ask that you would do all of these things within us.

So we humble ourselves under the authority of your word and we know that great blessing

always accrues to our lives as your word feeds us.

So feed us now from your text in Christ name. Amen. Okay we're in Romans 8 and

we're going to be looking at verses 19 through 22, but I want to begin reading in verse 18,

which is where we were last week.

And last time, just to remind you, we put a title on this, The Groening and the Glory. And we were unable

to get through it and so this is like part two for the Groening and the glory.

We could call it from groaning to glory,

either way you like it.

And this is the way life works.

So I want to begin by reading starting in verse 18, but we're going to be looking
